Check-in & Identification

As per Government regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid Photo ID (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID) upon check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as address proof.

Note: Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

General Policies

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following:

  • Guests are requested to maintain silence in corridors after 10:30 PM.
  • Visitors are allowed in the lobby only, not in guest rooms.
  • Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.
Rights of admission are reserved by the management.

Payment & Cancellation

Full payment is required at the time of Check-in. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, one night's retention charge will be applicable.
